It's a big gay weekend in Atlantic City on Saturday the 18th at 8PM in Ovation Hall at the Ocean Resort and Casino when 'My Big Gay Italian Christmas' marks as the Casino's first theatrical production since it's opening in 2018.  The show made its original debut in December of 2017 at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and after rave reviews at its sold out opening performances, the show was brought back to that location in July and December of 2018.

My Big Gay Italian Funeral is the sequel to “My Big Gay Italian Wedding”. Like the wedding, the Funeral has also been published and licensed through Samuel French and has played in multiple cities across the globe. The funeral ran for over two years Off-Broadway at St. Luke’s Theater in New York City to mostly sold-out audiences.

'My Big Gay Italian Funeral' which originally opened its doors in 2013 at the St. Luke's Theater Off-Broadway, will play for one week at the brand new Avenel Performing Arts Center in Woodbridge Township beginning Tuesday, November 26th at 7pm and ending on Sunday December 1st at 3pm.

My Big Gay Italian Wedding, by Anthony J. Wilkinson, will be making it's debut in the Sunshine state this weekend on April 5thand 6that Old School Square in Delray Beach. The hit long running Off-Broadway original of what is now a four-part series celebrated its first opening at the Actors Playhouse on November 2nd, 2003.

My Big Gay Italian Christmas" is officially set to openfor a Christmas in July weekend on July 28th, 8pm 2018, at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and will play in the Showroom. The show previewed last December at the same property and after receiving rave reviews is set for an early open this summer.  An Opening Night press party is scheduled on the same evening outdoors on the Dock immediately following the performance.

More commonly known for creating the Big Gay Italian Franchise which began with “My Big Gay Italian Wedding” Off-Broadway back in 2003, Wilkinson actually began his career as a Production Associate and then Associate Director at the long running Daytime Drama “One Life to Live.” During his fifteen years working behind the scenes he earned one Daytime Emmy for being part of the Editing Team back in 2007 and two more for being part of the Directing Team in 2008 and 2009. Wilkinson left the soaps in 2009 when “My Big Gay Italian Wedding” began running on an Equity contract doing five performances a week at St. Luke's Theater.

Anthony J. Wilkinson's Big Gay Italian Trilogy, which have all played at different times Off-Broadway since 2003, has been picked up by Resorts Casino and will play this summer in the 1350 seat Superstar Theater.  "My Big Gay Italian Wedding" will play June 30, 2017, "My Big Gay Italian Funeral" will play July 28, 2017, and "My Big Gay Italian Midlife Crisis" will play September 1, 2017 all at 9pm.

'My Big Gay Italian Midlife Crisis' which officially opened on December 3rd, 2015, in New York City under Bianco Productions at the Theater Center has recently been licensed by two-time Emmy winner Sonia Blangiardo for a one night only, one act version, at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and will play in The Showroom on Sunday, October 23rd at 7pm.
