The National Tour of The King and I, which won a Tony Award for Best Revival in 2015, is opened at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles last night, and will play through January 21st, 2017. Comedy hypnotist Marc Savard celebrated his 2,000th Las Vegas show at the V Theater inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Thursday, September 18. In true Las Vegas style, the headlining hypnosis master hosted a party with Champagne and cake to commemorate the occasion after the show.

EVITA will return to L.A. by way of Hollywood Pantages for a limited three week engagement, now through November 10, 2013. Directed by Tony and Olivier Award-winner Michael Grandage and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Rob Ashford, this national touring production comes directly from the first new Broadway revival of the seven-time Tony Award-winning musical, since it debuted on Broadway over 30 years ago.
