In honor of its original opening night of The Alcestiad, Magis Theatre will host a Solstice launch party event entitled 'The Healing Sun,' for its new interactive website that focuses on this timely and powerful play.

Scheduled to begin its limited run on June 20 through June 28, 2020, at Roosevelt Island's Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park.

La MaMa has announced The Trojan Women as part of its 58th season celebrating the centennial of La MaMa's celebrated founder, the late Ellen Stewart. Directed by Andrei Serban and compoased by Elizabeth Swados, The Trojan Women will take place December 6, 2019 through December 15, 2019 at La MaMa ETC (66 East 4th Street).

CultureHub in association with La MaMa and The Great Jones Repertory Company will present Paul Fosters' 1964 iconic and internationally heralded one-act play, BALLS.

FRIGID New York @ Horse Trade in association with Manhattan Theatre Source will present the 2019 EstroGenius Festival, the longest running festival celebrating the work of women and gender non-conforming artists in NYC.  Begun in Manhattan Theatre Source in 2000 as a short-play festival, the festival has launched and supported hundreds of artists in its 19 years. In 2017 the festival moved to its new home at The Kraine Theatre on E. 4th St.
