Staffordshire's New Vic presents the stage premiere of A Leap In The Dark, charting the story of the UK's first ever radio play on its 100th anniversary, a major moment in radio history. The production is written by Emmy award-winning Ron Hutchinson.
Tom Dick & Harry, a new play using top-secret information from the war archives classified until 1972 opened at the New Vic Theatre Newcastle-Under-Lyme on 10 June (national press night 22 June) and Alexandra Palace Theatre, London on 26 July (London press night 28 July). Check out photos!
Rehearsing via zoom and then on the Storyhouse thrust stage and then outdoors in the park, productions of Merry Wives of Windsor, Pride and Prejudice and The Jungle Book open on Saturday 29 May and run until Sunday 30 August.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will kick off its 29th annual 'Contemporary Documentaries' screening series with last year's Oscar-winning feature 'The Cove' and Oscar-nominated short 'China's Unnatural Disaster: The Tears of Sichuan Province' on Wednesday, September 22, at 7 p.m. at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood. Admission to all screenings in the series is free.
