The Actors Fund's Looking Ahead Program, which helps professional young performers and their families address the unique challenges of working in the entertainment industry, celebrated the 2017 Looking Ahead Awards with a star-studded gala on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the Taglyan Cultural Complex in Hollywood, CA. The stars were shining in Hollywood for the 2016 Looking Ahead Awards on Tuesday night at the beautiful Taglyan Complex, where over 300 guests enjoyed exciting "blue carpet" arrivals, fabulous cocktail hour, fun photo booth, delicious gourmet dinner and a meaningful celebrity-studded awards ceremony. The event raised over $50,000 in support of The Actors Fund's Looking Ahead program.

The Actors Fund's Looking Ahead Program will present The 2016 Looking Ahead Awards on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the Taglyan Complex in Hollywood. Hosted by Fred Savage and Ashley Argota, The Looking Ahead Awards honors leaders in the current and former young performer community who inspire the world by living the program's core values of growth, education, leadership and community service. 

In honor of World AIDS Day, The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and the SAG-AFTRA National LGBT Committee will host an important panel discussion on the current state of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and the role of the entertainment industry in creating storylines and characters that educate viewers and break down the stigma that surrounds this disease.
