All of the pieces are here for an instant classic, for a movie that I would defend to the end of my life. 

Disney has announced a new original Christmas film, Noelle, starring Anna Kendrick, Bill Hader and Billy Eichner! The film will be released on the company's streaming service, Disney+, on November 12.

The Human Race Theatre Company is proud to present Broadway leading lady and three-time Tony Award nominee, Rebecca Luker, in a special concert appearance as she performs many of The Great White Way's greatest songs written by Golden Age legends Jerome Kern, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Jule Styne, Stephen Sondheim and more, along with newer tunes from some of today's hottest theatre composers. Ms. Luker will be accompanied on the piano by her music director, longtime Human Race collaborator Joseph Thalken.

Kinglsey Ben-Adir has joined Disney's new film NICOLE, which also stars Anna Kendrick, Shirley MacLaine, Bill Hader and Billy Eichner, as reported by Deadline.

Anna Kendrick is currently in discussions to star in a holiday-themed comedy for Disney.

The awards ceremony, celebrating its 20th anniversary as the official launch of the awards season, will be hosted by actor and comedian James Corden, and will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, on November 6, 2016.

Serving as the Festival's most prestigious symbol of recognition, awarded in appreciation of the lifetime achievements of an actor or actress, the Golden Icon Award will be bestowed to Grant on the evening of September 27 at the Corso Cinema.

A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre, presents two free, staged readings this fall: Are You Now or Have You Ever Been by Eric Bentley, directed by Apollo Dukakis, on Wednesday, November 11 at 7 pm; and, on Monday, November 16 at 7PM, in partnership with East West Players, The Recognition of Shakuntala by Kalidasa, translated by W. J. Johnson, directed by Jonathan Munoz-Proulx. Both readings are performed as part of Words Within, A Noise Within's ongoing series of free play readings by resident artists. On March 9th at 8 pm at SubCulture soprano Kate Baldwin, violinist Victoria Paterson and composer Georgia Stitt will reunite to perform "Alphabet City Cycle." Originally recorded in 2009, the song cycle with lyrics by Marcy Heisler consists of five songs about women alone in New York City.
