Photo Flash: Stars of WICKED, KINKY BOOTS, IT'S ONLY A PLAY and More Team with BGA for E-Waste Event in Times Square
Electronic Recyclers International (ERI), the nation's leading recycler of electronics and e-waste, joined forces with the Broadway Green Alliance (BGA) for a special e-waste collection event to take place right in the heart of Times Square in New York City on Wednesday, September 17. Many of Broadway's leading shows and stars got involved and encouraged fans of live theatre - and all residents of New York City in general - to take advantage of the opportunity to unload unwanted electronics while doing something good for the environment. CBS IN NYC Talk Set for 10/3
As part of the "Made in NY" Industry Series, the Mayor's Office of Media & Entertainment and CBS will present CBS in NYC, an in-depth look at what it takes to make a television series on location in New York City. The panel, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the New York Public Library on Fifth Ave at 42nd Street on Wednesday, October 3 at 6:30pm.
