Corteo, the most enchanting of Cirque du Soleil's arena productions, marked the 150th city of its tour with a stunning London premiere at the O2 Arena, charming audiences with its first UK appearance following a forced two-year postponement.
The Wider Earth - the critically acclaimed drama about the young Charles Darwin's expedition on HMS Beagle playing at the custom-built theatre in the Jerwood Gallery at London's Natural History Museum until 24 February - will hold a special VIP Gala Night on 12 February 2019. The gala, hosted by Julia Bradbury, and in the presence of HRH the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will be held to commemorate Charles Darwin's 210th birthday, and will support The Queen's Commonwealth Trust and the production's official charitable partner The Queen's Commonwealth Canopy.

Last night, STEPPING OUT opened at the Vaudeville Theatre (read our review here). The production stars Amanda Holden, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Nicola Stephenson, Judith Barker, Jessica-Alice McCluskey, Sandra Marvin and Dominic Rowan, directed by Maria Friedman. For the first part of the West End run, Anna-Jane Casey steps in for the injured Tamzin Outhwaite.

Today, June 18, is the 4th Day of Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse in England. The Ascot Racecourse is a famous English racecourse used for thoroughbred horse racing.
