Elisa Pugliese

Elisa Pugliese, aka Elle Key is a film and television producer whose credits span independent features, documentaries and unscripted television. She most recently served as executive producer on CBS' Game On! and National Geographic's Brain Games, starring her husband, Keegan-Michael Key. Earlier producing credits include the independent features Better Off Single, The Blackout, Boy Meets Girl, This American Journey, August, The Cake Eaters and the acclaimed documentary American Teen, serving as either producer or executive producer across those projects.

Before transitioning behind the camera, Pugliese Key worked as an actress, appearing in films including The Cake Eaters, The Junior Defenders, School of Rock and Montana, as well as television series such as Law & Order, The Agency and The Education of Max Bickford. She was credited professionally as Elisa Pugliese before later using the name Elisa Key on select producing projects.
