Passion Projects Theatre Company will present Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's INTO THE WOODS for live audiences at the Wing Park Bandshell in Elgin, Illinois October 9th-11th, 2020.

The whole of Contact High from Theater 511 is greater than the sum of its parts, which is a good thing in light of this show's plethora of moving parts within its kaleidoscopic plot. The result is a timely coming-of-age pop-rock musical that tells a lyrical and satirical story of drug addiction, the need for human connection, and hope.

CONTACT HIGH, an original new musical with book, music and lyrics by Kyle Reid Hass and Jeremy Swanton is slated for a limited engagement run August 15th a?" September 7th at Theater 511, 511 West 54th Street. The official press opening night is on Thursday, August 22nd. Mr. Hass also directs the production. CONTACT HIGH tells the compelling story of the unlikely friendship between two high school seniors: Jean Simon - a drug dealer and recovering heroin addict and Haley Walter Keys - a misunderstood teen genius with a severe phobia of physical human contact. Sharsheret, a national not-for-profit organization supporting young Jewish women and families facing breast cancer and ovarian cancer, will host its annual Jewel Circle cocktail reception on Thursday, November 17, 2016. This private event will welcome 150 women and men to New York City's 620 Loft & Garden at Rockefeller Center. Sharsheret will recognize Jewel Circle donors and its past president, Dana Norris. At the event, Sharsheret will announce this year's 64 Jewel families and debut a new video, Jewels in the Chain of Support.
