Kentucky Shakespeare announces the 2019 SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARKS tour. Their 6-actor, 90-minute production of MACBETH will tour to 28 parks in Louisville, Indiana, and other Kentucky cities this spring, bringing free Shakespeare to neighborhoods April 6-May 25, 2019.

Every year, hundreds of entertainment professionals from around the globe pour into Anaheim, CA to join their colleagues for the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) Thea Awards Gala at Disneyland Resort. The Thea Awards, created in 1994, honor excellence in the creation of compelling places and experiences. Thea Award recipients are people, projects, and technologies from around the world, nominated and judged by a committee of their peers, and celebrated at the annual black-tie Gala. For the first time since its founding in 2010, Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT) is launching a full and diverse slate of eight-session acting classes from October 2 through December 6 in its new Black Box performance space at 23 Water Street in Ossining. 'Natural Life' by Eduardo Ivan Lopez tells the tale of a death row inmate convicted of murder. But unlike the heroes of 'The Exonerated,' she is guilty of the crime. The play is inspired by a true incident in the 1980's.  T. Schreiber Theatre, 151 West 26th Street, will present the play's world premiere March 2 to April 2, directed by Jake Turner.
