HANNA AND THE MOONLIT DRESS Lights Up The Berman
Hanna and the Moonlit Dress is an interactive new musical about the magic of a good deed, based on the classic Israeli tale Hanna's Sabbath Dress. The time-honored tale will be brought to life at The Berman Center for the Performing Arts at noon and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2018.

It was the decade of big hair, big phones, Pac Man, and iconic moments that changed the world. A slice of the 1980s will take center stage at The Berman January 25 through February 3 when The Wedding Singer (musical) rocks the house. Based on the 1998 film of the same name, The Wedding Singer with music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Chad Beguelin, and a book by Beguelin and Tim Herlihy, revolves around Robbie, who sings at weddings, his failed relationship with his former fianc e, and his romance with a new love, Julia.
Magical Fairy Tale STREGA NONA Will Come to Life on The Berman's Stage
Strega Nona is a timeless story that satisfies the appetite for laughter and fun. Based on the original children's book written and illustrated by Tomie dePaola, Strega Nona ( Grandma Witch ) has a magical pasta pot, which only she can control. Silliness ensues when her helper, Big Anthony, does not listen to her and he causes Nona's magic pot to create so much pasta that it nearly buries their small Italian village. Strega Nona, brought to life by Ann Arbor's award-winning Wild Swan Theater, fills The Berman's stage at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2018.
