HartBeat Ensemble (Godfrey L. Simmons, Jr., Artistic Director and Rhoda Cerritelli, Managing Director) announced today a two-night special event, LA SALA FEMME: The ReEmergence, produced in collaboration with the visionary artists of Sageseeker Productions.

Geva Theatre Center's 46th Season concludes with the world premiere of Revival: The Resurrection of Son House, written and directed by Keith Glover, with music by Son House, Billy Thompson and Keith Glover, musical direction by Billy Thompson and choreography by Norwood Pennewell, in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from May 1 through June 2, 2019.

Geva Theatre Center presents Native Gardens, by Karen Zacarias and directed by Melissa Crespo, in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from March 26 through April 21, 2019.

The Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance began its fall season with the BlakTinX Performance Series on November 1 with a Day of the Dead event and the festival continues to November 22, 2014 with special theater and dance performances. This annual festival celebrates art and performance in various disciplines by African American, Latino and artists of color will include several evenings of dance and performance.
