The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 has just announced that Tony and two-time Emmy award winner, DEREK McLANE, will be the 2018 recipient of the Order of the Golden Sphinx award. Mr. McLane will be honored and presented with the prestigious award at the annual Order of the Golden Sphinx Gala to be held at The Pierre in New York City on April 16th, 2018.

The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 honored acclaimed Producer David Heyman last night as the 2014 recipient of the Order of the Golden Sphinx . The annual Order of the Golden Sphinx gala was held at the Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City. Heyman's critically acclaimed box office hit Gravity, directed by Alfonso Cuaron and starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney received 10 Academy Award nominations and won an outstanding seven Oscars. The producers of HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL, the new stage adaptation of Daniel Waters' iconic 1989 dark comedy film, have announced that The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 has chosen HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL as their first foray into producing a New York stage production. Their newest initiative, Hasty Pudding Presents, is a production arm whose mission is to develop the Hasty Pudding franchise by backing performing arts endeavors consistent with its unique 200 year old brand.

The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 has announced the relocation of The Hasty Pudding Clubhouse to the historic Hyde-Taylor House in Harvard Square located at 96 Winthrop Street, Cambridge, MA. The Pudding will make its official move at the end of this month with a celebratory unveiling in January 2014. The inauguration of the new Clubhouse will take place after the holiday break - just in time to host part of the traditional and renowned Woman of the Year award festivities on January 30th.
