Their most recent production is a fully realized musical The Wild Party, a jazzy show set in the Roaring Twenties, where audience members can sip their gin alongside the performers. The story unfolds as you travel floor to floor; secrets are revealed as the doors open and close. The 5th Floor explores personal intimacy and public boundaries through interrupted events and snippets of half-revealed truths to create a fluid blend of solo and ensemble performance. Only 5 audience members at a time are led through a strangely familiar, yet twisted reality as criminals dash into stairwells, lovers are discovered, and a power-hungry lawyer receives an unexpected visitor. As Bright Light's 5 creator-performers escape down hallways and emerge from dark corners, you become part of the action itself!
