Alexander Baron BIO

Alexander Baron is a theatre producer and entrepreneur from Westchester, New York. He currently attends The Pennsylvania State University (Class of 2019). In the summer of 2014, Baron produced Vote for Me: A Musical Debate, Off-Broadway.
He has worked with Marathon Live Entertainment: a producing and social media marketing company. Baron has worked with MLE clients including: BROADWAY- Hamilton & The Last Ship. OFF BROADWAY: The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, Application Pending & The 39 Steps
In September of 2015, Baron founded his new company: Baron Theatrical Inc. He also joined the Gotta Dance team as a Co-Producer. Gotta Dance the Musical played at the Bank of America Theatre in Chicago this past winter.

Photo Coverage: Inside the Opening Night Cast Party For HALF TIME at Paper Mill


Paper Mill Playhouse presents the East Coast premiere of Half Time, a new musical, with book by Bob Martin and Chad Beguelin, music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Nell Benjamin and additional music by Marvin Hamlisch and Ester Dean. Half Time began performances May 31, 2018 for a limited engagement through Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ. Last night was the show's opening night. Prospect Theater Company, under the leadership of Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director and Melissa Huber, Managing Director, in partnership with producer Alexander Baron, continues its 2016 IGNITE Series at The TimesCenter (242 W 41st Street), with a one-night concert of Vote For Me: A Musical Debate, by Drew Fornarola and Scott Elmegreen, authors of the recent Off-Broadway hit, Straight.  

Prospect Theater Company's IGNITE Series to Feature VOTE FOR ME: A MUSICAL DEBATE, 6/25


Prospect Theater Company, under the leadership of Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director and Melissa Huber, Managing Director, in partnership with producer Alexander Baron, continues its 2016 IGNITE Series at The TimesCenter (242 W 41st Street), with a one-night concert of Vote For Me: A Musical Debate, by Drew Fornarola and Scott Elmegreen, authors of the recent Off-Broadway hit, Straight.  Vote For Me is an irreverent, 90-minute one-act musical that pits two fictional Presidential candidates against each other, singing their way through the three-ring circus of American politics and hot-button issues, with the outcome of the debate -- and finale of the show -- determined by audience vote.  The concert will take place on Saturday, June 25 at 8pm at The TimesCenter (242 West 41st Street, NYC).
