Pinchas Zukerman conducts and solos in Mozart’s sparkling Violin Concerto No. 3, whose ethereal middle movement “could have fallen straight from heaven,” as a commentator famously said. The concert opens with a short, sly and virtuosic interpretation of a Tai Chi move by Alexina Louie. And our Orchestra’s performance of Brahms’s Second Symphony will enchant you with its serenity, bounding energy, and sheer brilliance.
