The Hockey Sweater at NAC Southam Hall

What’s it like to have to wear a Toronto Maple Leafs sweater in a hockey-crazed Quebec town where everyone is a Montreal Canadiens fan? That’s the story of Roch Carrier’s The Hockey Sweater, narrated by the author and co-hosted by hockey legend Ken Dryden, with an original score by Canadian composer, Abigail Richardson*.

*Abigail Richardson’s The Hockey Sweater is a cocommission of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the National Arts Centre Orchestra, and the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
