Season 17 starts off with a bang at Mad Cow Theatre thanks to Jon Robin Baitz's darkly comic look at two topics that should never mix: politics and family in the Tony Award-wining Other Desert Cities. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

It's Christmas Eve in Palm Springs when Brooke presents her Reagan-adjacent parents with a tell-all confessional novel that turbo-charges the holidays, and the Wyeth family dynamic, with ever-shifting alliances and politics. Pulitzer Prize-finalist Jon Robin Baitz's smart new play of high drama, serious laughter, and witty repartee was one of the hottest tickets on Broadway last season.

And now it is here in Central Florida with a thrilling cast lead by Director Aradhana Tiwari (The Road to Mecca, Enchanted April). Featured in the ensemble of five are Marty Stonerock (The Seagull, Circle Mirror Transformation, Humble Boy), Marion Marsh (Dancing at Lughnasa, The Maids), Ginger Lee McDermott (The Road to Mecca), Joe Candelora (The Road to Mecca), and Matthew Natale Rush making his Mad Cow debut.

Scenic Design by William Elliott (Next to Normal, Death of a Salesman), Costume Design by Emily Smith (Death of a Salesman, Laughter on the 23rd Floor), Lighting Design by Erin Miner (The Road to Mecca,Collected Stories), and Sound Design by Sony Tiwari in his Mad Cow designer debut. Stage Manager is Melissa Cooper.
