Motown Comes to Winter Park Playhouse Featuring Greta Pope and The Spaniels Forever

The Winter Park Playhouse will rock to the classic Motown sound for a special "one-night-only" performance on Saturday November 3, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The show will star popular international entertainer, Greta Pope and her all-male vocal group The Spaniels Forever. Net proceeds will go to support the quality musical programming on The Playhouse mainstage and out in the community.
Greta Pope is an American jazz singer, songwriter bandleader, and radio host. Ms. Pope has performed throughout Europe, the Far East, South America, the Caribbean, Canada, and The United State. she is a two time winner of The International Music festival in Bucharest, Romania.
Motown- The Pride of the Motor City a fabulously exciting look back at the legendary 1960's Motown Era. The 90 minute show features the songs of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, Ike and Tina Turner, The Temptations, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Smokey Robinson, Sam Cooke, Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, Curtis Mayfield and so many others.
No other record company in history has exerted such an enormous influence on both the style and substance o popular music and culture.
