King Center to Launch $25 Ticket Raffle

By:

The Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., of Eastern Florida State College is launching its 'Win Two Tickets' Raffle on July 1st. Purchase one raffle ticket for a suggested donation of $25 for a chance to win two orchestra seating tickets to every King Center presented show in 2016. That's one extraordinary prize!

You can enjoy every performance knowing that you have guaranteed seats to some of the biggest shows in town. In the case of multiple performances of a production, you will have the choice of two tickets to one of those performances. Your year of blockbuster entertainment will include the unforgettable performances of Jay Leno, Jackie Evancho and Yanni to name a few. No waiting in line to purchase tickets to your favorite shows. Your tickets will already be secured for every King Center presented show coming into the theatre.

"We have been particular fans of the King Center for (more than) 25 years of operation," said Thomas Drago, who won the 2013 raffle along with his wife, Tina. "We've always enjoyed the diversity of the available shows and the extraordinary talent the venue is able to attract to a relatively small community. Having never won anything close to being this big, we were absolutely thrilled to hear we won the raffle. It made for one of the best Christmas presents we could have possibly received."

Winner receives two orchestra level tickets to every King Center-presented and co-presented show at the King Center beginning January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. Any show or event in which an outside promoter rents the venue to bring in their production, is not eligible as part of the raffle prize.

Raffle Tickets go on sale on July 1st at noon. The drawing will be held on December 19, 2015 during intermission at the King Center's performance of A Christmas Carol. You do not have to be present to win. Raffle tickets may be purchased in the King Center lobby during shows, at www.kingcenter.com or by calling the King Center ticket office at 321-242-2219. Complete contest rules are available at kingcenter.com.
