Dr. Phillips High School Theatre Magnet continues their 2018-2019 theatrical season with Qui Nguyen's She Kills Monsters.

Agnes Evans lives a normal life. She is a normal high school teacher with a normal boyfriend and normal friends. However, the mundanity of her existence comes to an abrupt halt when she embarks on a game of Dungeons & Dragons to learn more about her dead younger sister Tilly. Agnes encounters an array of monsters on her journey to connect with Tilly, but in the process, makes discoveries about herself. In this dramatic comedy full of homicidal fairies, demon queens, and dark elves, DPHS invites you to enjoy an evening of theatre like you've never experienced before, one that speaks both to the inner geek and warrior within us all.

She Kills Monsters runs in the DPHS Black Box Theater December 13-15 @ 7pm and December 16 @ 3pm.

This production deals with LGBTQ themes and contains moderate language and mild sexual content. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Dr. Phillips High School Black Box: 6500 Turkey Lake Rd. Orlando, FL 32819

Tickets: $10 online and at the door.
