Bill Burr to Bring His Comedy to Orlando This December

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and AEG Presents announce comedian Bill Burr will play Orlando this December. The stand-up, actor, writer, podcaster and social critic will offer his brand of comedy to audiences at the Bob Carr Theater on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, October 20, 2017 at 10 a.m. Tickets start at $34.50 and may be purchased online at drphillipscenter.org, by calling 844.513.2014 or by visiting the Dr. Phillips Center Box Office at 445 S. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday. Online and phone ticket purchases are subject to handling fees. The Bob Carr Theater is located off the Dr. Phillips Center campus at 401 W. Livingston Street in Orlando.

Bill Burr is one of the top comedic voices of his generation, achieving success in television and film, as well as the live stage. He sells out theaters internationally, and his Monday Morning Podcast is one of the most downloaded comedy podcasts on iTunes. The second season of his hit animated Netflix series, "F is for Family," premiered on May 30, 2017, featuring Burr, Laura Dern and Justin Long as the Murphy family. Bill was seen in the Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell film, "Daddy's Home," co-starred opposite Kevin Costner in the indie film, "Black or White," appeared in the Paul Feig film, "The Heat" alongside Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, as well as the Al Pacino/Christopher Walken film, "Stand Up Guys." Burr received raves for his recurring role as "Kuby" on the hit AMC-TV show, "Breaking Bad." On December 5, 2014, he premiered his fourth hour-long comedy special, "I'm Sorry You Feel That Way" on Netflix, and on September 30, 2014, he released the vinyl album, "Live at Andrew's House," a recording of his 2011 Carnegie Hall performance.
