Bay Street Players Present FA-LA-LOLLIES, 12/13-16
The Young People's Theatre of Bay Street Players offers an original holiday musical for the whole family. This production is generously sponsored in part by the Marshall Financial Group of Mount Dora.
Fa-La-Lollies, written by Joel Warren, transports the audience to Kringle's tree farm on Christmas Eve. All the trees are going home with wonderful families. But no family has chosen the gnarly old Ebenezer Spruce, who has forgotten the true meaning of Christmas.
The old tree is soon visited by three Christmas tree ghosts, who take Ebenezer Spruce on a journey to rediscover the Christmas spirit. His encounters with the classic Dickens characters will leave you glowing with holiday cheer.
The Young People's Theatre troupe will sing and dance to such favorites as "All I Want for Christmas is You," "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town." This young cast of this production, directed by Amanda Warren, has been rehearsing in after school classes for eight weeks, and will amaze you with their talent.
Performance dates are December 13, 14, & 15 at 7:00PM and December 16 at 2PM. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students. Performances will take place at the historic State Theatre at 109 N. Bay Street in downtown Eustis.
