New York Festival of Song: To The Sea at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center

A musical dive into the world’s rivers and oceans, with songs by Elgar (the magnificent Sea Pictures), Fauré, Guastavino, Rachmaninoff, Brahms, Pauline Viardot, and many others. Caramoor’s 2026 Schwab Vocal Rising Stars, a quartet of singers and one pianist, perform after a week of residency and mentorship by Steven Blier and Bénédicte Jourdois, resulting in a concert of special power.
