MMA Improv players create scenes using a range of improvisation games. These are the same kinds of games made popular by the U.S. TV show "Whose Line is it Anyway?"(originally hosted by Drew Carey on ABC -- and later revived with host Aisha Tyler on The CW network.) The MMA Improv troupe, which formed in late 2017, includes: Darryl Akins (founder), Sierra Alexis, Lord Zilverbakk Omega Prime (Jamal Baskerville), Jana Lage, Corinthia Rabb McCoy, Michael Mason, Sunni Mebane, Joseph Robinson, Sonya Senkowsky, and Briana Marie Thibodeaux. (Those onstage for any given show will vary based on weekly availability.)

Presented by Obsidian Moon Entertainment, a nonprofit theater organization dedicated to providing opportunities for local performers, including people of (every) color.
