oin BBK as we come together to celebrate our 20th anniversary and to support 20 more years of life-changing programming. This musical benefit will honor the work of our BBK students, Teaching Artists, and staff with the help of special guest stars.
BBK Teaching Artists and students will perform alongside Broadway Guest Stars singing songs centered around acceptance, bravery, and celebrating our differences. The event gives us a chance to celebrate how arts education gives students a place to belong and be heard, and 100% of proceeds will go towards ensuring that BBK’s programming can continue (and thrive!) so we may serve the students of NYC who need it most.
Why should you support this Fundraiser? Looking back on BBK’s journey, it’s remarkable what we’ve accomplished. What started as one class in once school has evolved to now serving over 1600 students from all five boroughs. We are providing arts education to more kids than ever in partnership with over thirty schools this year, supporting those communities to bolster the culture of arts. Not to mention we’ve continued our Free Community Theater Programs, serving middle school to high school students from all 5 boroughs of NYC, 100% tuition free. Our work is only possible with the critical support from events like this one and from people like YOU!
