In The Wings Productions, under the leadership of Executive Producer Adam Glassman and Artistic Director Tanya Glassman, kicks off its 9th Season with the international smash hit Mamma Mia!, dazzling audiences at the historic St. George Theatre stage from August 1 - 4.
"With the renovation of the historic Snug Harbor Music Hall, In The Wings is thrilled to open its season in this thriving Staten Island majestic theatre," said Adam Glassman. "We are so happy to give our cast, musicians and production team the opportunity to be a part of this magnificent space. Bringing Mamma Mia! and the music of ABBA is a great way to kick off our relationship with the St. George Theatre."

This sunny, funny, international sensation unfolds on a Greek island paradise when on the eve of her wedding, a young woman's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited twenty years ago. Non-stop laughs and explosive dance numbers, along with the magic of ABBA's hit songs that include "Super Trouper," "Dancing Queen," "Knowing Me, Knowing You," "Take a Chance on Me," "Thank You for the Music," "Money, Money, Money," "The Winner Takes It All," and "SOS," combine to make this enchanting show a trip down the aisle you'll never forget!
Mamma Mia! is directed by ITW alum Craig Kwasnicki, with choreography by Tanya Glassman, and music direction by Michael Pinto. Auditions will be held in May.
Performance dates and times: Thursday, August 1 at 8:00pm, Friday, August 2 at 8:00pm, Saturday, August 3 at 3:00pm and 8:00pm and Sunday, August 4 at 3:00pm. Tickets are $37 and $32.
