The Tank Presents The New School One Act Festival

The Tank: home for emerging arts is set to present The New School One Act Festival on Wed, Nov. 30, 2011 at 7:30pm, Wed, Nov. 30, 2011 at 9:30pm and Thurs, Dec. 1, 2011 at 9:30pm.

About The Show
Every year The New School’s Theatre Collective produces an annual one act festival of student written, directed, performed, and produced works. This year The Theatre Collective is proud to present six new one acts including Mans (Best) Friend written and directed by Trey Townsend, The Standoff written by Ramon Rodriguez and directed by Sarah Giffin, Mirror Me written by Erik Freer and directed by Marquette Korff, Tiger Waits for His Samaritan written and directed by Julia Taveras, and a collaborative writing piece directed by Lexa Grace. After months of work, these students and young artists are proud and ecstatic to share their new creations.

About The Tank
Founded in 2003, The Tank is a Manhattan based non-profit arts presenter. Curating across all disciplines, The Tank provides an artistic home to both new and established artists who are engaged in the pursuit of new ideas.
