The Shadow Box Theatre to Present THE EARTH & ME, Beg. 5/7

On May 7th 2014, The Shadow Box Theatre kicks of its spring production The Earth & Me.

This eco-conscious story unfolds through music, dance and puppetry. We are lead on a journey through the history of the Earth as she dialogues with an inquisitive child about some of the trials and tribulations of the world as well as the magic and wonder. Never has The Earth & Me been more appropriate to the issues of our times, not only does this story inspire our responsibility to the Earth and environment as well as one another, but it also emphasizes the connection between all things and thus the importance of harmony and peace which are values critical to the future of our planet and mankind.

For 48 years The Shadow Box Theatre has been delighting its young audiences throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs. From our first year to our 48th our mission to inspire creativity, instill humanistic values and promote storytelling and literacy have only gained momentum, inspiring generations of New Yorkers.

Thus it is with great enthusiasm that we are sending you our show's dates and times as well as photos for use in promotion of this Earth conscious production. Our hope is that you too will feel as passionate about the message of this production and the impact it will have on so many of our future leaders. Dates are throughout May and thus this production has the potential to further the messages we associate with Earth Day.
