Save The Date: A Wedding Road-Trip Musical was awarded best overall musical in the 2013 New York International Fringe Festival. Photos from the world premiere's closing night performance are below!
The show has book, music, and lyrics by Gregory Jacobs-Roseman and starred Kristine Reese, Noah Zachary, Barrett Wilbert Weed, Victoria Britt, with James Penca, Andrew Kluger, Daniel Bonthius, Nathan Scott Hancock, Patty Lohr, and Chloe Williamson. The story revolves around Emily and her gay best friend Alex, who can't understand why, at 27, everyone they know is getting married! A chaotic journey to Emily's ex's wedding unleashes a ferocious challenge to their friendship. While everyone else is getting their lives together, why are they falling apart? The show was directed by Nikki Rothenberg with musical direction by Rich Silverstein. Casting was by Michael Cassara, CSA. World Premiere Of HOTEL HAPPY to be Presented at Houses on the Moon Theater Company This Winter
Houses on the Moon Theater Company will present the world premiere of the play HOTEL HAPPY, written by Camilo Almonacid (The Assignment), directed by Estefanía Fadul (Repertorio Español's Eva Luna), and featuring puppet direction by Matt Acheson (Broadway's War Horse).
