On The Outskirts Of Everything, a new one-man show by Tim Collins (Plays and Playwrights, 2009; Indie Theater Now 2013) returns to New York City in a six performance run at Stage Left Studio, tonight, March 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 20th, and 21st.
On The Outskirts Of Everything is a comedic and dramatic solo show depicting six men grappling with the complexities of contemporary masculinity. A desperate anger management counselor expounds the wisdom of The Dog Whisperer. An impromptu class reunion between old friends takes a dark turn. Frodo and Hitler wage war on a Starbucks condiment bar.
On The Outskirts Of Everything premiered in the 2012 United Solo Theater Festival and, won the "Best Dramatic Script" award, and was subsequently published on www.indietheaternow.com, a digital theater library.
