Musicals Tonight! continues its ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys and Understudies with its next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE…™ to be held on Monday, October 8th at The Lion Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street at 7 PM.

Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for Monday, October 8th are Sumayya Ali (Understudy for the roles of Bess, Clara, Serena and The Strawberry Woman in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess), Charl Brown (Understudy for the roles of Eddie Souther, Pablo and T.J. in Sister Act), Trevon Davis (Understudy for the role of Jake in The Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess), Ariana DeBose (Understudy for the role of Danielle in Bring It On: THE MUSICAL), Kevin Duda (Understudy for the roles of Elder Price, Price’s Dad, Mission President, Mission Training Center Voice and Joseph Smith in The Book of Mormon), Michelle Duffy (Understudy for the roles of Marla McGowan and Sam Nightingale in Leap of Faith), Emilee Dupre (Understudy for the role of Hannah Chaplin in Chaplin), Haley Hannah (Understudy for the roles of Campbell, Eva and Taylor in Bring It On: THE MUSICAL), Joaquina Kalukango (Standby for all Female roles in Godspell), Katie Webber (Understudy for the role of Sherrie in Rock of Ages) and J. Michael Zygo (Understudy for the roles of Guy and Billy in Once). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE...™ debuted in October 2003 and to date has showcased the talents of 602 Standbys and Understudies who have covered 2508 roles in 316 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including
