Premiering on Saturday January 6th and running weekends the entire month of January, Snow Queen is the Galli Theater's adaptation of the Hans Christian Anderson classic of the same name. It tells the story enduring friendship and the journey of a young girl who travels through many lands to rescue her friend Kay. Kay is a young boy who is whisked away by the enchanting Snow Queen. Gerda sets off an adventure to find him and bring him back home

Appropriate for children ages 5 to 9, the show is and filled with music and song delighting audiences young and old. As with all of Galli Theater's shows, Snow Queen gives the young audience opportunities to engage the characters in the performance.

Saturday shows are at 2pm. Sunday shows are at 2pm. The box office opens a half an hour before the show

After-Show Workshop:
Hosted on Saturdays after our show, this 40 minute workshop let's your child take the stage and be the star. At the end of the workshop, there is a presentation for attending family members.

About Galli Theater - Galli Theater has been serving families for over 25 years. Our New York theater offers fairytales for children in our midtown location as well as travel shows for schools and private events. Our Dr. Fairytale program performs in hospitals, shelters for families, and other institutions where children may not be able to visit our theaters. The Galli Theater communicates important social issues through modern adaptations of fairy tales from around the world.
