Carly Sakolove, of YouTube's "Broadway Divas Send in The Clowns," debuted her one woman show I HEAR VOICES this month. The show is written by Sakolove and Tony Award nominee Bill Russell. Following an entirely sold out engagement, Carly is staying in therapy, and I HEAR VOICES will now play additional dates at The Duplex on June 21st and June 29th.

I HEAR VOICES is 60 minutes of Carly's most "uncanny vocal impersonations of all your favorite divas." From Channing to Peters, LuPone to Minnelli, Adele to Menzel, and many more. Sit in on her therapy session, and witness her multiple personalities come to life. The production features Ms. Sakolove under the direction of Bill Russell, accompanied by Dan Micciche on piano.

Carly Sakolove is a New York based Actress, Impressionist, and Vocalist. Her varied impersonations have been hailed by TIME Magazine (Top 10 Videos of 2010), The New York Times, and The Boston Globe. I HEAR VOICES, acclaimed as a "comic masterpiece" by Cabaret Scenes, marks Ms.  Sakolove's first solo show.

Bill Russell is best known for his Tony nominated work as Author/Lyricist on Broadway's Side Show, as well as Off-Broadway's Pageant and Elegies. Directing credits include Generation X, Monteith and Rand. Mr. Russell's new musical comedy The Last Smoker in America will also premiere this summer at The Westside Theatre.

I HEAR VOICES plays The Duplex at 61 Christopher Street. Showtimes are June 21st at 9:30pm and June 29th at 7pm. Tickets are $15 & 2 Drink Minimum. Reservations are strongly advised. For ticket reservations online visit www.theduplex.com. To make reservations by phone: (212) 255-5438.
