Beautiful Soup Theater returns to The TAI Group's blackbox on Sunday, September 8th at 7:00PM for an evening of songs by musical theater's brightest new voices. All proceeds from the evening will benefit Beautiful Soup's production of LIFT, an American premiere of a smash hit musical from London's SoHo Theatre.

Featuring songs by musical theater's rising composers, CONTEMPORARY MUSICALS 101 will also provide audiences with a lesson in the new sounds of Broadway. The evening will feature songs by composers Craig Adam (Lift), Marc McBarron Kessler, Marc Castle, Carner & Gregor, James Horan, Peter Saxe, Pasek & Paul, Tom Kitt and many more!

The evening will also feature refreshments, raffles and a Silent Auction. Items include a coaching with noted vocal teacher Susan Eichhorn Young, an opening night package to the American premiere of LIFT,

With appearances by Kimberly Faye Greenberg (One Night With Fanny Brice, Danny & Sylvia), Anna Kirkland (Rags, Moose Murders) and Lani Corson (Little By Little), the evening also features Roxy Arrojo, Alex Bernhardt (New York City Gay Men's Choir), Dan Cake, Salvatore Casto, Morgan DeTogne, Lily Drexler, Charlie Duncan, Barnaby Edwards, Erin Elizabeth Eichhorn (Rags), Janet Fanale (Forbidden Broadway), Kathleen Gubitosi, Tom Guthrie (New York City Gay Men's Choir), Kenneth Kyle Martinez (Rags), Francesca MacAaron, Samantha Mercado Tudda, Cara Picone and RAndy Taylor.

Tickets for the evening are $20, and all proceeds raised will benefit Beautiful Soup's American premiere of LIFT, starring Kimberly Faye Greenberg. LIFT will open at The Richmond Shepard Theatre on November 13th, 2013.
