Almir Kurtic to Bring One Man Show AN ACTOR...IS AN ACTOR...IS AN ACTOR to Life At The Playroom Theater
Almir Kurtic, an actor from the beautiful city of Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina, has been working tirelessly performing in plays since he came to further his studies in NYC in September of 2016. He will now charm the city's audience with the one-man show "An Actor...is an actor...is an actor" by Zijah Sokolovic.
The playwright/actor Sokolovic has performed this Eastern European classic over 1,600 times, and over 26 other actors from around the world have performed their own interpretations. The script has been translated to six different languages to date.
With its wit, humor, and committed perspective on the actor's humble yet magical role in the theater, this show promises to heal the jaded theater lover's heart and reinforce those still going strong.
