The theater company 3-Legged Dog has made a settlement with its landlord, the Metropolitan Transit Authority, the New York Times reports.  The MTA had previously threatened 3-Legged Dog with eviction from its 80 Greenwich Street location, due to 3-Legged Dog's failure to pay over $300,000 owed to MTA.

Under the new settlement, 3-Legged Dog will pay all rent since June 1 on October 15; in addition, it will pay the rest of the rent owed over the next three years.

Kevin Cunningham, 3-Legged Dog's artistic director, told the Times that the company has increased its earnings recently and has also received a large grant, of which details will be announced in October.
