NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 has announced its new rush ticketing policy, available for select performances, beginning immediately. Beginning this week, there will be $49 tickets available for Wednesday matinees, Saturday early evening performances, and Sunday matinees. Rush tickets can be purchased at the box office of Kazino (West 13th Street and Washington Street) beginning 2 hours prior to the posted curtain time, as well as online at www.thegreatcometof1812.com beginning the day of the performance at 10am by using the code RUSH at check-out. Food and drink is not included with the purchase of a rush ticket.

The playing schedule for NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 is as follows: Tuesdays at 8pm, Wednesdays at2pm and 8pm, Thursdays at 8pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 5:30 and 9:30pm, and Sundays at 1pm. Tickets include a full Russian-style dinner. Regular tickets are priced at $125 with prime and premium seating available for $175 and $237.50, respectively. NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 is currently playing a limited run through September 1st at Kazino (West 13th Street and Washington Street) a brand new venue created specifically for the show, in the heart of New York's meatpacking district, totransport audiences to a Russian supper club complete with an authentic Russian menu and bar. The show officially opened May 16th and has been honored with numerous awards and nominations including the 2013 Richard Rodgers Award for Musical Theater, a Special Citation from the OBIE Awards, five Drama Desk Award Nominations (Outstanding New Musical, Outstanding Music, Outstanding Lyrics, Outstanding Direction of a Musical, Outstanding Costume Design), two Drama League Award nominations (Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Performance - Phillipa Soo), and the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Outstanding New Musical.

NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 first premiered at New York City's Ars Nova in a seven-week sold out run, during which it was showered with rave reviews and landed at the top of the year's best-of lists in The New York Times, Time Out New Yorkand The New York Post. It was one of the hottest tickets in town, but played just 39 performances. Following the Ars Nova engagement, producers Howard & Janet Kagan were approached with numerous transfer options ranging from traditional theaters to raw spaces before deciding to create a wholly original space inspired by the show itself, in partnership with Randy Weiner and Simon Hammerstein fromVariety Worldwide who together created perennial New York hotspot The Box (New York, London) and its sister club, The Act (Las Vegas, Dubai).

NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 invites you to join Tolstoy's brash young lovers for an evening you'll never forget, as vodka flows and passions ignite in Dave Malloy's electropop opera, ripped from a slice of War and Peace. Directed by Rachel Chavkin, the cast of NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 currently features: Brittain Ashford as 'Sonya,' Ashkon Davaran as 'Balaga,' Blake DeLong as 'Bolkonsky/Andrey,' Nick Choksi as 'Dolokhov,' Lulu Fall as 'Hélène,' Dave Malloy as 'Pierre,' Grace McLean as 'Marya D,' Phillipa Soo as 'Natasha,' Lucas Steele as 'Anatole' and Shaina Taubas 'Princess Mary.' The cast also features Nicholas Belton, Catherine Brookman, Luke Holloway, Azudi Onyejekwe, Mariand Torres and Lauren Zakrin.
