Due to popular demand, the Off Broadway play Acts of Love by Kathryn Chetkovich has extended its engagement through January 6.  The world premiere production, presented by Dangerous Arrangement, Inc., opened on November 1 for a limited Off  Broadway engagement.  This is the second-extension for the new hit play that is currently performing at the Lion Theatre – Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street).

Acts of Love is directed by Marc Geller and features Andrew Dawson, Andrew Rein, Abby Royle and Diane Tyler.  The set design is by Aaron Mastin, costumes by Dennis Ballard, lighting design by Frank DenDanto III and original music by Daniel T. "Acts of Love is a new play about the things we never get over, the things we do for love and the damage we do to others in the process.   Tom brings his new girlfriend home to meet his parents, Ed and Sheila who have been happily married for 20 years.  Until tonight. Now, the door the family has managed to keep closed for 20 years is finally forced open. Every happy family has its secrets – the ones we keep from each other and the ones we keep from ourselves; and sometimes we get the chance to make the same mistakes twice," explain press notes.

The performance schedule for Acts of Love is Monday at 8PM, Wednesday – Saturday at 8PM, Sunday at 2PM & 7PM. There will be no performances on Monday, December 24 or Monday, December 31. Tickets are $45. They are available through Ticket Central:  (212) 279-4200 or  www.ticketcentral.com
