Keep the St. Patrick's Day festivities going as Wolfbane Productions kicks off their 2017 season with their award-winning Beers and Ballads event on Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Historic Downtown Appomattox.

This pub crawl-style event will begin at Baines Books and Coffee and end at Rail Yard Restaurant spanning from 6:00-9:00 PM. It will be a true Irish celebration of live music, delicious food, mini performances from Wolfbane, trivia and, of course, beer! It is sure to be an event to remember - or remember later through photos.

Beers and Ballads will start at Baines Books and Coffee with live music and your first flight from Bold Rock Cider from 6:00-7:00pm. Then, move to Local APX market for mini performances by Wolfbane and your second flight from the Devils Backbone Brewing Company from 7:00-8:00pm. Next, head to the landmark Babcock House for team trivia and your third flight from Chaos Mountain Brewery from 8:00-9:00pm. Finally, Wolfbane invites you to the Rail Yard restaurant for more live music from 9:00pm-close, where the kitchen and bar will be open for your ordering pleasure. Be responsible - add a night at the brand new Appomattox Inn and Suites for only $98.

Wolfbane Productions is a professional, non-profit theatre bringing Broadway-style productions to Central Virginia at an affordable price. Entering its tenth year, Wolfbane is proud to present three incredible main stage productions this summer. First up is an original adaptation of Shakespeare's classic ROMEO AND JULIET (June 1-July 1) at the Appomattox Court House National Historical Park. Next, back by popular demand, the hilarious, musical parody EVIL DEAD: THE MUSCIAL (July 20-August 5), which comes complete with an audience blood splatter zone. Rounding out the season, the ever-popular ROCKY HORROR SHOW (September 7-September 30).

Tickets are on sale now at www.wolfbane.org; $50 when purchased in advance, $60 at the door. This event is for patrons 21+ only (ID will be required for entry). Your ticket donation will be used for the upcoming production of ROMEO AND JULIET. Each individual ticket is 80% tax deductible!
