The Amazing Max to Perform at The Alden in McLean, 11/2
Max Darwin, aka, "The Amazing Max," will perform his one-of-a-kind, interactive magic show at The Alden in McLean at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2. Tickets are $20, $15 for MCC district residents. The Alden is located inside the McLean Community Center, at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.
"The Amazing Max and The Box of Interesting Things," New York's only Off-Broadway Family Magic show, bursts with striking visual magic, comedy and loads of audience participation. Darwin makes objects appear out of thin air, defies the laws of physics and performs miracles inches from spectator's faces. Max Darwin was born to perform. He began charming audiences at the young age of five months, traveling all over the United States alongside his parents who were professional street performers specializing in clowning, mime, juggling and magic. Throughout the years, Max has emerged as one of the most sought-after magic artists in the country. Currently he can be seen as a guest artist and magic consultant on Season 3 of National Geographic Channel's "Brain Games." His television credits also include hosting the hit Nickelodeon show "Game Farm."
