New Directors Elected to Swift Creek Mill Theatre

A not-for-profit arts organization since 2001, Swift Creek Mill Theatre is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The directors are members of the community that oversee the major changes and direction of the theatre.

This season the Mill welcomes Tom Puryear, Stacy Stafford, and Ed Witthoefft to the board, whose extensive involvement in the local community is sure to bolster the theatre community as well. All four positions of the executive committee have been filled with existing dedicated board members.

Swift Creek Mill is one of the oldest registered landmarks in the nation and is home to historic Swift Creek Mill Theatre, a not-for-profit that has been providing Central and Southside Virginia professional performing arts for over 50 years.
