The Alden Theatre at the McLean Community Center's (MCC) Jammin Junior's Concert Series will return to McLean Central Park at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, with a concert by children's entertainer Patricia Shih. The concerts will be held at 12:30 p.m. on three consecutive Wednesdays, May 5 through May 19. Admission is free. The park is located at 1468 Dolley Madison Blvd., at the intersection of Route 123 and Old Dominion Drive. Free parking is available at MCC.

Award-winning singer and songwriter Patricia Shih will perform at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5. Shih's concerts for children incorporate folk, rock 'n' roll, country, Broadway, blues and world beat music in an atmosphere that encourages children to sing along and move.

Award-winning duo, Two of a Kind, aka David and Jenny Heitler-Klevans, will perform at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12. The two tour the country presenting musical programs for children of all ages, which include a variety of songs, puppets, movement and stories.

Milkshake will perform at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19. This Baltimore-based duo sings upbeat rock songs and lullabies that are fun, educational and heart-warming.
