5th Wall Theatre and Coalition Theater to Stage Reading of THE PERSISTENCE OF MEMORY

By:
From Harry Kollatz Jr. (senior writer of Richmond magazine and a co-founder of the Firehouse Theatre Project) and Carol Piersol (Artistic Director of 5th Wall Theatre) comes a one-night staged reading of "The Persistence of Memory."

On February 3rd, actors from the original 1997 production and members of the Coalition's improve troupe will present the events of 1966, when Richmond, VA almost received a sculpture for Monument Avenue from famed artist Salvador Dali honoring Southern women.

Starting at 8:00pm with "Richmond Famous:" The Coalition's all-improvised show series featuring live and totally unscripted comedy, created on the spot and inspired by the true stories of some of RVA's most interesting people.

"The Persistence of Memory" will immediately follow at 10:00pm. The reading is set for Friday, February 3rd, 2017 at The Coalition Theatre located at 8 West Broad St, Richmond, VA.

Tickets for both shows are $10; a combination discount is offered to see both "Richmond Famous" and "The Persistence of Memory." Select "Harry Kollatz Jr. Double Feature" to receive a $15 pricing to see both shows. Get your tickets now!
