UNTIL HE WASN'T - MadLab Theatre Non Equity Auditions

Auditions will be held Sunday, June 26TH at 5pm at MadLab Theatre (227 N. 3rd Street) for the World Premier production of Until He Wasn’t by Patrick McLaughlin, directed by Audrey Rush.

Surreal and dark, this drama concerning infatuation, violence, power, and betrayal requires 5 actors be cast: 2 male and 3 female. A movement background is appreciated but not necessary. All actors must be able to comfortably move and carry up to 25 pounds in addition to pulling themselves to a standing position via rope/chain. All roles will be paid a small stipend.

Dates for the production are October 6-8th, 14-15th, 21-22nd.

The roles to be cast are as follows:

Natalie: Female, 25-40 Confident and composed

Raya: Female: 20-30 Strong and defiant, but with a latent innocence

Tenille: 25- 40 Funny, fun-loving, and a bit damaged

Gavin: 20-35 Crass and occasionally funny. Open and proudly homosexual.

Colin: 20-40 Charming, bold, and nearly perfect
