Texas Shakespeare Festival 2014 Season Chicago, IL Auditions The Texas Shakespeare Festival will be holding non-Equity auditions for its 29th season in Chicago, IL on January 25, 26, and 27. Seeking a company of 12 male actors and 4 female actors for a summer repertory season of CYMBELINE, MACBETH, NOISES OFF, and MY FAIR LADY. Contract commitment is from May 17 - July 30. Seeking 12 male actors and 4 female actors. All female actors must sing. Actors are cast in three of the four shows. Actors receive a total stipend of $3,500, dorm housing, eleven meals a week, and limited travel reimbursement. Also, seeking 5 male acting interns and 2 female acting interns. All interns must sing. Interns are cast in three of the four shows and the children's show. Interns receive a total stipend of $1,250, dorm housing, eleven meals a week, and six-hours of college credit. Auditions also held in New York City (Dec. 5-9), UPTA (Feb. 7-10), Kilgore, TX (Feb. 1). Electronic auditions are also accepted.
