Elmwood Playhouse in Nyack NY will be holding auditions for its upcoming production of The Fox on the Fairway, written by Ken Ludwig and directed by Peter Garruba. The Fox on the Fairway is a wacky tale of sex, love and golf.

AUDITIONS: Tuesday, 2/6/18 at 7 pm and Wednesday, 2/7/18 at 7 pm

CALLBACKS: Thursday, 2/8/18 at 7 pm (by invitation only)

PERFORMANCES: Friday, May 11 thru Saturday, June 2 (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with possible Wednesday and Thursdays)

SHOW DESCRIPTION:
The Fox on the Fairway is a hilariously fast-paced and sexy romp through a private golf club, complete with conniving rivals, surprising revelations, nail-biting sports competitions, love, lust… and more laughs than you could shake a 9-iron at!

CAST REQUIREMENTS: (3 Males, 3 Females)
Justin Hicks – Recently hired, eager-to-please assistant to Bingham. Mid-20’s, sweet, anxious and off-beat. Romantically involved with Louise.

Louise Heindbedder – Waitress at Quail Valley Country Club. 23, a knock-out! Leggy, good-natured, a little ditzy but studious. Can cry at a moment’s notice.

Henry Bingham – 40’s – 50’s. Executive Director of Quail Valley Country Club, determined to do whatever it takes to win.

Richard “Dickie” Bell – 40’s – 50’s. Often obnoxious Executive Director of Crouching Squirrel Country Club.

Pamela Peabody – 39. Beautiful, very sophisticated, and a little loose. Vice President at Quail Valley, and Dickie’s ex-wife.

Muriel Bingham – 40’s – 50’s. Bingham’s wife, a sturdy woman, a bit overbearing. Owns an antique shop that becomes part of a wager.

Sides from the script will be made available at the audition. All roles available. Casting is open to all. Ethnicities, races, and newcomers are especially welcomed. Crew and other volunteers are also needed for the event. For more information or directions, call
