Audition Notice:

Miracle on 34th Street: The Radio Play

When: November 20th, 2018 at 7pm

Where: Lake Worth Playhouse

Directed by - Saxz Stevens

Needed: Actors needed from ages 12 to 80 for this radio- theatre style production. All roles available. Please bring in one minute of material on a sheet of paper (no phone) to read for the audition. Accents and ability to do multiple voices a plus. Please familiarize yourself with radio theatre prior to auditioning.

Synopsis: Based on The Lux Radio Theatre Broadcast originally broadcast on December 22, 1947 A heartwarming holiday classic retold in the tradition of a live 1940's era radio broadcast. When a department store Santa claims he's the real Kris Kringle, his sanity is questioned and a young lawyer goes to court to defend him. Watch the miracle unfold when a little girl's belief in Santa Claus makes all the difference in this iconic story.

Production Dates: December 8th at 7:30pm, December 9th at 2pm.
