FUGUE (improv theatre) - Theatre Momentum Non Equity Auditions

Theatre Momentum is holding auditions for our upcoming production,"FUGUE", on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 and Sunday, May 3, 2015. We are seeking to cast 6-7 players. FUGUE is a complex show that captures the elements of a musical fugue through four simultaneous improvised scenes that explore similar themes. The show consists of 8 actors onstage for the full 45-minute show, performing 4 separate scenes in 4 different spaces. While they physically overlap onstage, they thematically overlap in word, tone, and deed. This is a unique show and requires skilled actor/improvisors. The auditions will run 7-10 PM on Wednesday, April 29th and 12-2:30 PM on Sunday, May 3rd. Auditioners are expected to remain the entire audition time (for just one date), so please plan accordingly. All rehearsals will be on Wednesday nights, with the Intensive running May 6 and 13, 7-10 PM. Once the cast is selected, rehearsals will run Wednesday nights, 7-10 PM, May 20-July 8. Performances will be 8:30 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, July 10-August 15. All auditions and performances will take place at Pendulum Space. Auditions will be held at Pendulum Space, 1803 W.
